Window Cleaning in Victoria BC and Calgary AB

Windows can be cleaned from either side, including doors with windows and skylights. Windows shall also be scraped if necessary (some restrictions apply). Windows that are cracked can not be cleaned. All screens shall be opened if hinged, or removed if not, to access window glass.

Aqua Clean WWS Ltd staff must have access to the building, if the screens can only be removed from the inside. Screens, frames, and ledges will also be cleaned before screens are re-secured. Chemicals used can not cause damage during window cleaning to frames or surrounding materials including walls, carpet, tile furniture, exterior building surfaces, etc. Any excess cleaner or water spilled must be cleaned up.

Gutter Cleaning in Victoria BC and Calgary AB

If you spend a day twice a year (just before Winter and after Spring) to inspect, clean and repair the gutters and downspouts on your home, you can probably prevent gutter and downspout problems that may flood the basement, damage the roof, cause rot and ruin the siding on the house, as well as creating minor havoc such as peeling and cracking paint, crumbling mortar joints and eaves trough ice jams.

If damage is already apparent you may have to make repairs and replace sections. If there is extensive damage the complete system may have to be replaced.
